I was drawn to this article because the trays can be installed in two ways to reduce the overall inventory profile of the article. Unfortunately the trays don't have clear markings (at least I haven't seen any markings) that they have to go over to fit one inside the other. Also, they all have to match. That is, if you want a larger spacing, all compartments must be adjusted for the larger spacing and for the narrower spacing. The unit turned out to be louder than I expected, but I wouldn't rate it badly. I've found that some items can dry faster in my oven set on low with the door open. This is the way I dry my cinnamon candy apples on parchment paper baking sheets and the cleanup was an easy task. The sugar made everything stick to the trays, even with parchment paper on top and the bottom was a mess. Since it was sugar, it was easy enough to peel, using enough water and patience to grind off the sugar.
