I like that it is easy to use as well has provides good results for my organization in terms of performance management/evaluation process which was very important at this time when we are trying make our way out from recession period! It's not so much expensive software but sometimes there can be some bugs or issues with its functionality etc., So i would suggest try first if you don't have any previous experience then go through few training session provided by their support team otherwise they will help you throughout your journey!! Good option available online where one does needn’t worry about traveling over long distance and also saves lot amount money too. We were facing difficulty while using traditional evaluation methods due to lack knowledge & expertise regarding same hence came across pbl scorecard solution who helped us solve problems related data collection / analysis part along side providing great customer service features!
