Very Pleased With PBL ScoreCard Solution

I like that it is easy to use as well has provides good results for my organization in terms of performance management/evaluation process which was very important at this time when we are trying make our way out from recession period! It's not so much expensive software but sometimes there can be some bugs or issues with its functionality etc., So i would suggest try first if you don't have any previous experience then go through few training session provided by their support team otherwise…

Pros
  • They take all necessary inputs during initial phase itself rather than later after getting into regular routine mode ! Also user interface looks nice n smooth
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok
