Product does not work right away. Called Stent and got their tech support. The Stant rep said to remove one (or two, if necessary) rubber washers. I did it and it works. I could have included that information in some of the instructions, either in the box or outside the box - it would have saved the frustration and call time, but it worked. The only real problem is the price. Just under $60 for a piece of aluminum is pretty expensive, but I think it's cheaper than going to a mechanic to check the radiator pressure.
