Review on Footsihome Shoulder Setting Vibration Relieving by Chelsea Hunter

I don't usually write reviews right away but I was very dissatisfied with this purchase. The item came in a ziploc bag that you normally get t-shirts or socks in so this should have been a red flag when I opened it, there were no instructions on how to attach the clip to the two buttons on the sleeve and if this were the instruction manual for this brace, they were all in Chinese. It had instructions in English on how to care for and clean the item. It also has a very strong rubber odor. This shoulder brace is very difficult for a person with arthritis to put on and the small massage motors just float in the brace and I find it very difficult to keep them in the area that needs help. The motors have a lot of vibration and good heat if you can hold them in place which I can't, maybe mine is defective or I'm just doing it wrong but either way I'm not sure I'll keep this want shoulder.
