I bought this item to use in an Ethan Allen chair that gets a lot of daytime use. It worked well for the first few days and I could tell there was a difference. I noticed that the pillow has become firmer. Unfortunately, now (a few months later) the stool looks the same as it did before using this product. I was really hoping it would help with the chair. I even used both "boards" to see if that would help. But unfortunately this did not happen. I am giving this product 3 stars because I think the product would work better on a smaller, less used chair.
