Having seen many other companies come & go we felt with their platform being used internally this would be worth taking one look at to see what you think best fits your organisation needs or situation? Great team who were very understanding when I couldn't move into our new environment quickly after my maternity leave ended - thanks for working within this transition plan! Nothing as such so far but they are going through onboarding now which will help clarify any issues if/when there is anything in place from an operational perspective that may impact us. Be aware there can always be something during these months where it takes longer than expected but just keeping them informed along the way helps minimise surprises down the line (which have happened). The ability to have an automated system for patient data. The ability to have a system that can be used with any software or even a website. It is very easy to use and has many features. I do not like that it takes so long to get the reports out. It would be great if there was a way to see them sooner. This is a great product and definitely worth using. It has helped us increase our patient volume and keep up with patient demand.
