They are easy to install and the push plate is much easier to hold in your hands than just a jack. You do need your own slide tool though, which is a bit odd considering all individual packages come with a small plastic tool that works great for me. I suspect they expect only pros to buy such a large package. Anyway, I already had one of the little plastic tools from buying the jack at the big store. Hooking it up is easy if you follow the instructions, and the ones I installed pass the speed test.
