Excellent customer service!

Greater Goods is a quality company. Nothing is perfect, I had an old model that worked perfectly after 2 years, but I just called customer service, refunded my old purchase and gave me a promo code for a "better" bluetooth model. As a result, I paid less for it than I paid for the original purchase. Make sure and register your purchase in case something similar happens.
