The title is inaccurate. To update!

update. I'm an idiot. The tiny USB dongle is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I overlooked the possibility of using it as a USB stick to combine keyboard and mouse. The PC had no "WLAN" or "BT" capability. I had to use a workaround with a network extender.
