The light compression provided just enough support for my PICC line to stop itching when I moved my hand to allow the area to continue to heal. It stretches so I'm hoping it will stretch again after washing and drying. I also ordered the 2 longest as my PICC side is a bit low meaning the sleeve doesn't fully cover the bottom of my bandage and the mesh window doesn't really show my insertion site when raised high enough. perfectly comfortable. It took 3 tries to find the most comfortable size. If you are close to the lower measurement limit, order one size smaller. My arm was 13.6 inches long so I tried 13-15. Too large. Tried another brand in a smaller size. Still too big. Finally tried 11-13, almost perfect.
