Bought this for my dad who now does TPN. I got it on average as he lost a lot of weight (now he's at 210) and got the average. Great fit. There is no hole in it, but it can be cut if necessary. It has long cords and holds up very well. I paid extra for faster shipping and am glad I did as he has only used gauze before. would recommend.

The light compression provided just enough support for my PICC line to stop itching when I moved my hand to allow the area to continue to heal. It stretches so I'm hoping it will stretch again after washing and drying.
