I have had this car mount for a few months now. It is really strong and corresponds to the description. He's holding my Galaxy 9s+ with a case. I can connect my aux cable and charger with no issues. And it sticks to my dashboard with no problem. It also fits in my air vent. I use both methods and both work great, this is truly an amazing deal for the price and quality. There are adjustable parts that come with the mount to fit different sized phones. The mount definitely keeps your phone in place even if you have to brake really hard (I tested this as that was my problem). I like it, that it locks your phone in place and also provides more security. It's really worth buying!
