So screwed up. I bought this because I had a major surgery that left me with a hole in my throat to breathe, so I needed something with a long hose so I could regulate the pressure and work stably. If water gets in my hole, I can literally DIE. So when I was in the hospital my mom came down and asked the mechanic to do it as he should be there by now. I would have done it sooner if he hadn't come. I want to test that first. I've installed many, no big deal. But unfortunately my shower head leaks at the bottom of the shower head where hose and shower head connect. We can't solve it because it's too tight. We tried both ways and tried to optimize it. Also it's so big and shoots straight instead of down, I see some bought an extra piece to tilt it down and I would do that if it worked better. Showers take forever. This is very low water pressure. I know that California (where I live) sells a lot of low flow showerheads so I was hoping Amazon would have them a bit more powerful. It's too incompatible with water pressure and leaks for me to safely use. My waiter took my box with him, otherwise I would have just sent it back. Now I have to buy a new one and put it in BUT NOW I CANNOT put it in myself as I've already had the surgery. I need my arthritis mom to try this or hire someone to take it. and add something new. Which is so annoying because I could have done that before my surgery. So it's my fault for not checking first but it sucks I don't have the money and now I might have to pay someone while I recover. I hope the seller gives me credit for this product. If so, I'll update here because I understand. Most of the reviews here are positive, which is what made me buy it. So maybe mine is bad. I ADVISE. If you have a main shower head connector at home, buy an extra piece to attach it so it curves down more than straight out. It doesn't bend. The video doesn't show it as clearly as it should. It's so big it goes over my shower rod and you have to be almost at the end of the shower for it to hit you unless your soup is big.
