The cup is lovely, however it does not have very good heat-retention capabilities. I do not recommend this for anyone who want to drink drinks that are either warm or hot. I shall continue my search for another. Many advantages: 1. There is no risk of drinks being spilled because you have to press a button in order for the beverage to be dispensed. 2. It is easy to use while driving. 3. There is an additional safeguard against inadvertently pressing the button; this safeguard is known as the button blocker. Con: Although I enjoy drinking hot beverages, I have found that this thermo cup does not fulfill the most crucial role for me, which is to maintain warmth. In most cases, I pour coffee that is sufficiently hot, but it is nearly impossible to consume due to the high temperature. After an hour of being exposed to an ambient temperature of +10 to +15 degrees Fahrenheit, the coffee in the mug is only warm. It's possible that these are just my own subjective impressions, but I don't think the temperature of the beverage should have dropped so much in just one hour.
