I was surprised at how well this product worked. My litter box is in the basement. When I did some work I had to put a makeshift stretcher upstairs and I was scared of doing it because I ALWAYS smell the spatula regardless of the brand. After a week I still didn't feel anything but I could tell she was using fillers. The best part was just throwing the whole box away. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that every time I've ordered these fillers, one box had no filler at all; and I think it's a bit expensive.
