Have not been able to use as much as I would like, but it runs smoothly, comes with boot discs if needed and is a clean PC. Handles everything I have thrown at it without problem. Love that it has a ton of USB ports, internal space, cooling fans.Only real complaint is that I would like if I had space for a bay on the front of the PC if I wanted to add a Blu Ray drive.Also be aware this PC does not have a Wi-Fi card (I think external adapters work better anyway if you are going that route).Have not used tech support but does come with a good warranty and check list to make sure it was built correctly which is a nice touch.
