Not strong enough for a puppy!
It's easy to chew a hole in a pen and after 3 years I gave up! At first the pole was too tight and made a hole on its own, then it gnawed a hole through the others, at the base of the poles. If it was thicker and couldn't be chewed, it would be perfect!
