Review on Dragon1 by Jorge Maertz

The best thing about this software so far has been its ability to provide me with all my data I require in order to support our business requirements. They are always evolving their product adding functionality that will make it easier for us as users to do what we want/need to be able to get things done more efficiently - which was something they had promised! We have also found them very helpful at responding quickly when issues arise or questions come up during implementation (which happens quite often). When using any other system there can sometimes seem like an information gap between how they present themselves vs reality. This seems not to exist here but if they ever decided to change from providing real time analytics only then that would really impact some areas where this solution currently excels. Having access to key performance indicators across multiple departments within one interface allowing easy collaboration both internally & externally.
