In general, a comfortable table for a laptop. By adjusting the angle of the legs, you can achieve the ideal height at which it will be comfortable to work. It's easier for me, I use an additional keyboard with a mouse, and therefore I use the table purely as a stand. When I used it without additional keyboard with a mouse, my hands became numb, but this is more due to my position. I lie completely on my back with only my head on the pillow. Also in this position, the platform under the arm is very uncomfortable, too close, this also leads to discomfort of the hand.
