So I installed the trailer lights at the same time and used silicone to seal all the holes in the lights and decided to do the same with the parking lights. I used rubbing alcohol to wipe the headlights and smeared clear silicone on each lens and screw holes, including the hole where the wires exit the housing. Installation was easy. The bracket appears to be made of quality material. The light is very bright. As long as the headlights are on. I installed the lights in early November and have launched the boat at least a dozen times with no leaks. Hope that helps. (PS: I didn't do a leak test, didn't think about it at the time)
