Simple, no frills, with two cameras.

Motorola makes many popular baby monitors. I had several Motorola systems and they worked reliably. When shopping for a surveillance system, you must first decide whether you just want a home monitor for when you and your child are at home, or if you want a system that works over the internet and can therefore be used remotely with your phone can. . Phone systems are also often more convenient for home use, since you're likely to even carry your phone with you at home, eliminating the need to carry a separate video monitor. Motorola makes two types of video monitors. One type connects to a portable device using a 2.4 GHz radio channel and does not support Wi-Fi. It's a simple device with a fairly long range that can only be used when you and your child are at home. The other type connects to your phone with both a wearable screen and Wi-Fi, so you can keep an eye on your baby both at home and via an app when you're not at home. This is not a Wi-Fi model. It connects to a portable receiver screen only via a 2.4GHz radio. However, it includes two cameras, so you can watch two kids in two different places with one portable screen. The screen works with one camera at a time or with two channels displayed in a split screen. Dealing with two views can be frustrating to keep track of a child or a child at times. Okay, a few notable features. This is a very simple Motorola monitoring system without an internet connection. Its unique advantage is that it comes with two cameras. However, the video screen is low resolution and small in size. Okay, other details: 1) Zoom, pan and tilt are all digital (manual tilting of the camera is possible when setting up - the connecting rod can be tilted). 2) I'm assuming the camera supports 1080p, but the screen can't handle that full resolution, so a higher camera resolution doesn't make sense. 3) The battery life of the monitor is less than three hours. 4) The 4.3 inch LCD screen on the monitor is clear with good color and visibility. The best systems have 5-inch monitors and some have 1080p resolutions, but this screen can only display 480 x 2725. Typical extras include: night view, talkback, room temperature monitoring, lullabies. 6) Camera wall mount included. The only reason to get this system is if you are looking for Motorola's cheapest dual monitor option. Otherwise, it would be wise to buy an internet-enabled Motorola system like the VM65, which improves on this system in many ways, but only costs $70 more.
