It has allowed us to reduce human error, eliminate delays in production (even when people are not working), streamline processes for our customers allowing them more time as well! We have been able improve internal systems that would normally take hours - days of work using other programs/softwares by reducing training times from weeks or months down into minutes with their knowledge base system alone!!
