The reviews here can be misleading as they mix 4 different products - a bag, an organizer bag and two types of trays. . I bought 3 trays. For example, some reviews here mention items that fall out of the back. That doesn't happen with tablets. So if a review doesn't state which product it's for, take it with a grain of salt. The trays are large, feel very solid. The magnets attached it very strongly to my metal filing cabinet. I even use one as a small shelf and it easily supports a coffee mug full of pens and pencils as well as some other small items and can hold a lot more weight. So I'm not sure what the weak magnet reviews refer to (assuming the magnets are the same for all products). Maybe what they're trying to attach is made of an alloy that's only partially magnetized because those magnets are strong.
