Hi everyone, This is a public service to Amazon customers who buy these coils to save money. DO NOT DO THAT. I bought these coils for my Ford Explorer 06. This applies to Explorer models 06 through 09. These coils will not fit Explorers with 6R60 electronic transmissions. Your truck will work just fine. Your transfer will NOT. These coils generate an intermittent code P0658. This is not an engine check code. This is the TSM code. This transfer code causes the truck to go into LIMP mode. If you don't know what this is, ask your dealer. The problem went away when I replaced all 8 coils with original Motorcraft coils. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't done it. Trust me, this isn't a one-time problem with my truck. This is what will happen to you when you buy these coils.
