Fixing problems on both front and rear lights

Ovetour is one of the best bike aftermarket companies. So when I was looking for bike front and rear lights I bought this set (rating 4.6 out of 5). The lights themselves are bright and can be seen from a great distance, even in daylight. My problems, and there are two of them, are related to the mounting structures for both lights. First the taillight mount: it's nothing more than a glorified thick black rubber band that slides over a slight curve in the metal, holding it in place. I was able to install the taillight, but it's unreliable and it looked like it was about to break when I put the light on the back of the seatpost. The light moves and when I drive off-road (I have a hybrid) it pushes and rotates. I'm very worried that it will fall off and I'll lose it either on the road or off-road without knowing it. There is no way to tighten it further. A simple mount or using zip ties would solve the problem, but I can't attach them myself due to the design. The front mount is much better and stronger, but due to the design decision, placing the charge port on the bottom of the light (as opposed to the top, side, or back) means I have to remove the light from the light. assemble every time I want to charge the light. Once the light is attached to the handlebars, access to the charge port is no longer possible. I love the look and brightness of the two lights, but the issues with the front mount preventing me from charging the light while it's attached to the bike and the unstable rear mount are a real disappointment. I would NOT recommend this headlight kit to my riding friends - too many other companies have better fitting options.
