I like that it's easy to use and has many features which are helpful when creating campaigns or tracking results. The customer support team can be slow at times but they're always quick to respond if you have an issue! We've been able to create more targeted ads using this tool versus our previous software provider so we see better conversions as well! As far as being integrated into other platforms such as Hubspot/Salesforce etc., there isn't much integration available yet aside from some basic reports. If you want something simple without too many bells and whistles, Growmatic works great! They help us track performance metrics very easily through their dashboard. This allows me to make changes quickly instead of having to log off my computer each time I need to update one piece of information. Also helps keep things organized since everything stays within the same system rather than spread throughout various programs.
