UPDATE: Works well overall, software needs updating

Pros: * Fairly accurate - I tested it by refilling gallon jugs. UPDATE (February 2019): Compared to City Smart Meter. This device is 5-10% higher - not bad * Easy to install - install the app (first), create an account, then install the device. Lower those ties so he can properly identify himself! Works with copper, PVC and PEX (I tested 3/4" and 1" copper). Cons: * UPDATE (February 2019): Finally they made a small update that allows you to click on a day or hour and get the actual spend. This is a step in the right direction, but you also need to be able to tell the software your watering schedule so they don't register as leaks! be spotted as a "leak" (as many other commenters point out!) * The price tag of $200 is way too high in my opinion for something like that to catch on! I'm usually an early innovator and live in dry California, but I thought long and hard before buying this! My rating would increase if they improved the software!

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Some minor issues
