Chopsticks are just as good as a halo seal and fit perfectly in a 6" 5.11 medical case without the need for folding (as opposed to Halo). What you need besides the Checkpoint QuickClot, an Israeli headband, a pair of ties and a pair of gloves (and of course some kind of TCCC training) to feel safe.
