We are happy with our purchase
Just ordered a second one. We have a small 6 lb dog who tends to run out of the door when we open it so we needed something to keep that from happening. We also wanted something we could easily step over. This gate is perfect for our needs. I agree that the poles stick out a bit, but they have to be there to hold this heavy gate upright. I also agree that you should retighten the support bolts from time to time. I have to do this about every 3-4 months and it takes less than a minute so it's not a problem.
