I bought these water bottles for my kids because they needed something for school to see through the bottle. Given the shatterproof glass and silicone body, I didn't think it would be something that would break easily. However, the bottle broke less than a few feet off the ground on its first fall. Unfortunately this happened when my son was at school and they disposed of the leftovers so the 'lifetime' guarantee is worth nothing. Let's see how long it takes before my other son's water bottle breaks. I wouldn't recommend this if you ever make a mistake and accidentally drop the bottle.
