They are great compared to all the other wool blends I have, normal thickness so I still wear a thin inner sock on the outside. large, machine wash with warm water along with other work clothes, then towel dry naturally. It's a good thing they're big because they hold up better, the top can be a bit tighter or less stretchy, but they seem to be holding up after a few washes.
