Review on Hidden Valance Clips Plastic Horizontal by Brianna Kamp

This is a review for the 1.85" version. I got them to replace my constantly broken blinds in my house. They replace a number of original clips that become brittle over time or simply break when removed or re-attached. I measured my clamps before ordering and got 1.85 inches. They are a bit shorter than the ones I have on my blinds and I probably should have gone with the 2 inch version. However, they work as they do on my dummy caps if I use all the same sizes. In fact, either the 2 inch version or the 1.85 version works on my blinds, although I can't tell if all blinds do. They are made almost exactly like my original clips, fragile and all. Why they aren't made of more flexible silicone based plastic I don't understand. They can easily break when putting on and taking off, so you have to be careful when applying them. Like the originals I expect them to break over time, it's just that they are made of clear hard plastic which makes them so brittle. They work, but over time they need to be replaced again. At $30, they should also cost less than $9. 2 stars.
