Misfitted from the factory
After several hours of searching the internet, swearing and shouting, we pulled the manifold one last time and found that the sprocket was not installed correctly, which was the reason for all of this. don't work. After I fixed the problem, my car started right away and has never run better. Make sure you check you've been sent a block that's assembled correctly before you tear your hair out at 1am.
