I have to admit I was skeptical when I bought this product. When it arrived I did the installation according to the installation guide. I did all the pre-installation checks and had little hope that this product would improve my terrible cell signal. I recently put a steel roof on my house and almost completely lost cell signal inside. I purchased and installed BuildingForce 4G K1 and this product was delivered as promised and then some. Now I have at least 3 bars throughout the house including the basement and 4 bars in most of the rooms. This restored my signal better than before the new roof. This product changed the game and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a poor cellular signal at home. In addition, the service department was a pleasure to deal with and they helped in any way they could. Everything you need to install was provided and the installation guide was easy to read. Great offer in my opinion!
