Everything is fine with this product. My curls looked amazingly bouncy and full and lasted most of the day. I also like not using heat for this style. My problem with this product is that it takes a VERY LONG TIME to set the curlers in my hair! That is hard? Not really. You only need relatively small sections of hair in each roller, so it took me about 45 minutes to complete my head. I've used them 4 times and thought I'd only learn the process the first time, but no. After that, everything went smoothly with no major issues other than the time commitment. I just don't have much time for my hair, especially when my curls don't last more than a day.
