Review on Vionic Walker Classic Shoes Black by Paul Haswood

I bought these shoes for someone who has both diabetes and plantar fasciitis. While he liked the heel brace and felt it helped him feel better with plantar fasciitis, the downside was that the toe box was too small. In fact, he had a pair of blackened nails on both feet because he was wearing these shoes for the first time. After visiting a doctor, he concluded that due to the size of his toe, the shoes were causing his nails to pull up a bit. Being diabetic and having neuropathy in his feet, he couldn't feel the problem until it was too late and the shoes had already damaged his toes. I cannot recommend these shoes for people with diabetes and I suspect they are not very comfortable for wide feet as the toe-to-shoe width ratio is too small despite being a 2E shoe size.
