The shoes fit and feel fantastic but arrived with stains on the toe (looks like ink). I started the return process and found that their policy is much stricter than Revain's. If you don't return it in the original packaging you will only be refunded HALF the amount owed (unfortunately I discarded my packaging on collection day and was unable to return it in time) and they charge you a restocking fee for returns. I didn't want to return it for fear of losing money in the process, so instead I was left with a product that I'm not happy with. It's not very customer oriented.
