I like that they are very knowledgeable about all of their products as well has being able to offer quality customer service from start until finish! They listen when you explain your needs or concerns before going into any details with pricing options so it's easy for them understand what exactly we need/want versus just coming in saying "I want this". Sometimes there will be some confusion regarding price changes but overall everything was good (at least at first). We have been using MELROSE MAC since 2012 during our building process which included multiple renovations & additions over time plus adding new areas such construction management software etc., The support staff were always available whenever needed even after hours via phone calls / texts if anything came up out side normal business week days 10 am - 6 pm Pacific Time zone US Central StandardTime ZoneUS PST8am – 5pmMountainStandard9a–5pemST10.
