Have tried odor absorbers, Desenex, baking soda for decades. They have never been effective for more than a few uses and are very expensive. One day I got tired of washing 2 pairs of tennis shoes every week because of the constant smell, no matter how well and often I wash my feet and change my socks. I'm browsing HEB's Latin America section and see Silk and Derman at a much lower price and in larger quantity and buy them. I swear it was in answer to a prayer from God. At the end of the day, although my feet were damp, NO IDEA OF ODOR. A week of use with plenty of both, same result. I was able to confidently take off my shoes after a day of walking and got 99% rid of the smell. After a few weeks my feet didn't have the slightest smell of fungus. I could apply one or the other every few days now and it works like a charm and lasts at least a few months or more.
