Poor quality in general and threads in particular - avoid
As others have pointed out, the 1/4 NPT threads are overcut so they barely seal - but they do seal. Weird that they managed to get the 1/8" NPT gauge right. Some pieces have a shine around the casting marks. I cleaned up some and then took it apart to make sure the pieces weren't floating in it. as something crooked The bottom plug for the valve seat was screwed on very poorly - the threads snapped off when reassembling. There was also a lot of metal and scrap on the threads that needed to be cleaned with a wire brush (Maybe that was a mistake - it was probably dirt that It held together Find another
