I bought this because I bought a 20,000mah power bank and it didn't have that much capacity. With this tester I was able to measure the actual capacity and compare it with the capacity of another power bank. The new 20,000 mAh only delivers about 10% more power than the 10,000 mAh a few years old. Since then I've been using it to measure current with different cables and it's amazing how much one cable is better than the other. I expected a difference, but not 30% more current on a new cable compared to another. It's so simple that I'll check everything now. If I complain, it's because the instructions are incomprehensible. For normal use this isn't a problem as usage is obvious but I had to reset the wh and time counters and only the mAh counter reset. I asked the seller about this and received a quick reply describing the process. "The tester's button operation: short press the screen button to toggle, long press the screen to flip, fast double press Wh power to reset, fast three-stroke power, mAh clear, fast four-stroke time clear. "I discussed taking the star off due to the lack of clear instructions, but the prompt customer service saved the star.
