This printer was advertised for printing, copying and faxing. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the printer, it was found that it could only copy and print with no ability to scan or fax. My IT team was involved in configuring the scanning option but to no avail. We've had this device for a month and couldn't scan the first page. We then learn that there is no fax connection portal, although the HP website and the owner's manual of the model purchased provide instructions for this device's fax option. A lot of money is spent on a famous printer and copier. Disappointed with this product is putting it mildly.
