The item looked used from the packaging. Lots of scratches, scuffs, dents everywhere. The themes aren't great either. But we decided to give it a try. It started out great screwing onto the shower arm but was difficult to fully tighten. He eventually crossed the thread and was unable to remove it. It got stuck in such a way that even using a strap wrench removed the entire shower mount, not just the coupler. Unfortunately this didn't work for my needs and I had to buy a different type of connector for my shower.
