Purchased to replace a faulty actuator in a 2010 Ford Ranger. This is not an easy task if you have very small hands! Only 3 screws hold the drive in place. The rear clamp bolt is the most difficult to remove and replace. I had to chamfer the leading edge of the driveshaft as it didn't want to go into the choke hole (1 star deducted). All in all the part works and we now have both hot and cold air and the thermostat knob on the heater/air conditioner sets the damper correctly. Tools required: 8mm wrench, 8mm socket and 1/4" ratchet. There are many tips on the internet to help you get the job done. After losing the 4 back screws, try to put them back in the hole (enough room for two fingers to hold the screw). remove It worked and I was able to complete the work.
