I never take the time to write a review but it's not fair. I don't even ask Revain to return the item a second time. This product must be withdrawn from the market. The first one I got had the thermometer not working and wouldn't turn off. The spare isn't any better, I set it to 75 and it won't fire until the room temperature hits 77 (no big deal right? It's only 2 degrees). The problem is that when you turn it on it stays on until it's on reads 73 and never stops. We go from a very hot room to a very cold room. it doesn't stop at the set temperature on the way up or down. If it was just a block that wasn't working properly, I understand it happens. But I requested a replacement and the second block is even worse. If the seller or anyone who wants to buy this device would like to contact me by reply, please feel free to do so. This product has already cost me more than the $35 I paid for AC recycling. Many Thanks.
