The spare is no better, I set it to 75 and it doesn't fire until room temperature reaches 77 (not that much right? It's only 2 degrees). The thermostat at my cousin's house no longer recognizes the down button. So I looked in, got the product number and found this on Revain. It fitted perfectly and now the thermostat is doing everything right.
