We are purchasing this product to replace our old aluminum non stick pots and pans and wanted something of higher quality and something that would last. Upon researching we found this brand, the main complaint was that it rubs off easily even with All-Clad cleaner. Let me tell you something if you follow the instructions guess what IT WORKS what a surprise don't think lol as you can see in the picture after cooking the steak you can satin see, and in the next image, the same pan after using ALL-Clad Cleaner. Does it work (IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS). I recommend this without a doubt, remember you need to season the pans, it helps and it cooks no matter how good they transfer heat. This product is durable, you can feel it will last a very long time and worth every penny.
