For an internal snap ring that can be an inch or two in the hub assembly or in the tube, this works amazing! For the gentleman who has had a very bad experience, you may need to learn how to use some tools safely! Place the correct size tips on the tool, making sure the tips are seated and aligned as you tighten the clamp {keep the tips straight - parallel at 90 degrees} on the retaining ring {TIPS}, not the tool - the retaining ring will come off easily! Same goes for assembly - place circlip over work piece, align tips and fit into circlip, tighten. {I installed the locking ring on top of the hub, held it with a flat leather glove and tightened when the ring was tight enough to slide right into the release tool. 2" THE INTERNAL HOLDER RING IS RELIABLE! There are no direct jets in the kit, all were with a termination, but they worked perfectly!
