These are perfect for the renovation project I always have going on. They fit true to size and the material feels very durable. There are two snaps then a zipper in the front. No problems with either of those. There is a bit of an elastic waist band but I wear a tool belt so I didn't really notice. It felt good on the shoulders and under the arms. There is room in the legs without being baggy. I got the regular length and at 5'9" I think I could take off an inch off of the bottom but with work boots it's fine. I don't think I would have needed the "short". One pleasant surprise: there are pockets everywhere! There is plenty of places to keep pencils, a utility knife, and parts to carry. There's a hammer loop which I also thought was a great design choice. My wife liked mine so much she ordered one for her just to hang around the house! I would say they were at least as well made as Dickies and came in more options. I'll probably buy another.Update: I did buy another. These are great!
